The organization notified affected individuals in writing on Oct. 2, 2025. The incident was reported to the Maine Attorney General on Oct. 3, 2025. The ransomware group INC RANSOM claimed responsibility, stating they obtained 66 GB of data and posted samples on their dark web portal.
