What Happened?
On Feb. 13, 2026, Figure Technology Solutions confirmed it experienced a data breach after an employee was targeted by a social engineering attack. Hackers were able to steal a limited number of files containing sensitive information.
The hacking group ShinyHunters claimed responsibility for the breach and published 2.5 gigabytes of allegedly stolen data on the dark web after the company declined to pay a ransom.
The total number of individuals affected by the breach is 39,866. Of these, 26,128 were residents of Washington, 323 of Texas, 204 of Indiana, 146 of Massachusetts and 107 of New Hampshire.

- Phone numbers
- Social Security numbers
- Financial account information (account number, credit/ debit numbers, loan information)
