What Happened?
On March 14, 2025, Farmer Brothers identified suspicious activity and launched an extensive investigation. It was determined that an unknown actor gained access to certain archived files and folders between March 6 and March 14, 2025. Farmer Brothers promptly notified federal law enforcement and worked to secure its systems.

The breach affected approximately 14,460 individuals across the United States, including nine Maine residents. Written notices were sent to affected consumers starting Sept. 9, 2025.
