What Happened?
On Dec. 18, 2025, Aesto, a company that provides healthcare data migration and archiving services for healthcare providers including Everside Health, experienced a network security incident.
The incident impacted a portion of Aesto's Amazon Web Services infrastructure. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that between Dec. 2, 2025, and Dec. 18, 2025, an unauthorized actor may have accessed and/or acquired certain protected health information stored on Aesto’s network.
Aesto confirmed the breach on May 26, 2026, and notified Everside Health on June 26, 2026.
The breach was disclosed to the California Attorney General on July 31, 2026.

- Social Security numbers
- Health records
