The preliminary investigation revealed that certain files may have been accessed by an unauthorized party.
After a thorough review, it was determined that sensitive information belonging to current and former patients at Golden Sonora Care Center was potentially at risk. Notification letters were sent to affected individuals on Feb. 24, 2026. The company also posted a public notice to reach anyone who did not receive direct notification.
