The breach was disclosed to the California Attorney General, the New Hampshire Attorney General, the Oregon Attorney General, and the Texas Attorney General starting on March 5, 2026. In Texas, 1,579 people were affected; in New Hampshire, 277 people were affected.
A total of 47,043 individuals were impacted as a result of the breach.

- Tax IDs (Social Security numbers or Employer Identification Numbers)
- Financial account numbers
- Other information collected by EP Wealth Advisors about individuals and their family members
