What Happened?

EmCentrix experienced a data breach. On August 14, 2024, the company discovered a network disruption and an investigation revealed that unauthorized individuals accessed or acquired certain files from EmCentrix’s systems on August 11 and August 12, 2024.

On June 16, 2025, EmCentrix determined that personally identifiable information (PII) was compromised in the cybersecurity incident. The company disclosed the breach to the California and Montana Attorney Generals' offices on June 26, 2025.
