DriveWealth recently experienced a data breach between Sept. 4, 2026, and Sept. 5, 2026, when unauthorized access to the company’s network occurred.

The breach was contained by Sept. 5, 2026, and an investigation concluded on Sept. 28, 2026. The incident was disclosed to the California Attorney General on Sept. 30, 2026.

The company confirmed that the type of consumer information that was exfiltrated from its network included full names.

So far, the breach affected more than 62,000 Rhode Island residents.
