What Happened?

In December 2024, Drivestream discovered suspicious activity at its data center. The company determined that between Dec. 4, 2024 and Dec. 9, 2024, an unauthorized actor accessed certain systems and potentially exfiltrated sensitive data.

Impacted individuals include 17 people in New Hampshire, at least one individual in Maine, and 406 affected in Massachusetts. However, the impact may be more severe, as other states may not have yet been notified.

The company began notifying potentially affected customers in January 2025 and continued to review the impacted data over the following months. Written notices to affected individuals started going out on Nov. 17, 2025.
