An investigation revealed that unauthorized access to certain information occurred between approximately Nov. 19 and Nov. 27, 2025. DOCS began working with third-party specialists to investigate the incident and review the impacted data.
While the investigation is ongoing, it has been determined that sensitive information stored on DOCS’ network was accessed without authorization. The types of information exposed vary by individual and may include highly sensitive details.
