What Happened?
Dermatology Partners experienced a data security incident at its Catonsville, Md., location at 716 Maiden Choice Lane, Suite 305. Between Feb. 27, 2026, and March 10, 2026, an unauthorized individual accessed the company’s data system.
While there is no evidence that data was copied or removed, the company cannot determine which patient records may have been viewed. As a result, all patients seen at the Catonsville location during that time frame are being notified out of an abundance of caution.
