What Happened?

In June 2025, Decisely Insurance Services reported a data breach that exposed sensitive personal information. An investigation revealed that data from their cloud storage platform was accessed or acquired without authorization on December 16, 2024.

Decisely began notifying affected individuals on June 13, 2025 and posted a Notice of Data Security Incident on its own website. The California Attorney General's office was notified on June 14, 2025 and the Vermont Attorney General's office on June 16, 2025.
