What happened?

On or around June 3, 2025, David A. Nover M.D. P.C. discovered unusual activity in its network environment. An investigation revealed that certain personal and protected health information may have been viewed and copied by a threat actor. A review was completed on Oct. 29, 2025 and the practice began notifying affected individuals by mail on Nov. 3, 2025.
