The hospital filed a disclosure with the New Hampshire Attorney General's office on June 2, 2025, reporting 4 affected New Hampshire residents. All current and former patients and employees affected by the data breach were notified by mail, and a Notice of Data Incident was posted on the Cumberland County Hospital website.
