What Happened?

Credit Technologies discovered unauthorized access to certain systems and servers in its environment on April 10, 2026.

The initial incident occurred on or about Sept. 9, 2025. After a thorough investigation and a manual review of impacted files, the company determined that protected personal information was accessed or acquired without authorization.

Information Exposed:

  • Social Security Numbers
  • Government ID numbers
  • Financial account information (including credit/ debit account info)
  • Genetic information
  • Health records
  • Medical information

A total number of 1,022 people affected in the United States, including 54 residents of Vermont. The company notified consumers in writing on April 27, 2026.
