What Happened?
Connected Credit Union recently discovered suspicious activity involving an employee email account.
After securing the account, the credit union launched an internal investigation and hired a cybersecurity firm to conduct a forensic review. The investigation determined that an unauthorized individual accessed certain emails in the employee's account.
On March 3, 2026, Connected Credit Union confirmed that some emails contained members' personal information.
