The investigation revealed that certain personal and health information may have been accessed and acquired without authorization by an unknown actor. The review of affected data concluded on Dec. 23, 2025.

The breach was officially disclosed to the New Hampshire Attorney General, the South Carolina Attorney General, and the Vermont Attorney General, as well as the the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
A total of 7,020 people in the United States were affected, including 1,157 in South Carolina and at least one in New Hampshire.
