The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor gained access to the company’s network between Jan. 13 and Jan. 21, 2026, and potentially downloaded certain files containing sensitive information.
After a comprehensive review, the company determined that some individuals’ personal information may have been involved.
The process of identifying those affected was completed on Aug. 13, 2026. The breach was reported to the South Carolina Attorney General’s office on Sept. 3, 2026, with 1,087 people in South Carolina affected.
