What Happened?
On Nov. 11, 2025, BHCHP learned of a network disruption.
After engaging cybersecurity experts and conducting a thorough investigation, the organization discovered on June 8, 2026, that certain personal information belonging to patients and employees may have been accessed or acquired without authorization.
The breach affected individuals in multiple states, including 553 people in Texas and 169 in Vermont. The organization mailed notification letters to affected individuals and reported the incident to the attorneys general of California, Texas and Vermont starting on Aug. 7, 2026.
