About Boley Centers

What happened?

On June 11, 2025, Boley Centers was alerted of a data security incident involving its third-party administrator, Solutions for Administrative Services, Inc. (SAS). Upon learning of the issue, SAS launched an investigation and determined an unauthorized party gained access or acquired data containing both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).

The number of affected individuals has not been released. Boley Centers published data security incident notice on its website in late July 2025.
