What Happened?
On May 26, 2026, Azle Smiles was notified by its IT support company of irregularities related to remote access session hosts.
It was determined that a cyberattack had occurred, prompting the practice to disable external access and reset all passwords. The investigation revealed that certain personal information of patients may have been accessed during the incident.
