What Happened?

Averhealth Holdings experienced a data breach that affected its parent company, Averest Inc., between December 19, 2025, and January 21, 2026.

The breach was discovered on Jan. 20, 2026, when unusual activity was detected in the company’s email environment. Averhealth contained the incident and launched an investigation with the help of external cybersecurity professionals.

On May 6, 2026, it was determined that an unauthorized party had potentially accessed or acquired files containing sensitive personal information. The types of information exposed in this breach include:
