What Happened?

On or around Oct. 13, 2025, Atrium Centers discovered unusual activity on certain IT systems.

The company secured its systems and began an investigation. It was determined that there was unauthorized access to the network between Oct. 8, 2025, and Oct. 12, 2025. During this time, files and folders were viewed and/or copied without authorization.

A ransomware group known as MEDUSA claimed responsibility for the attack, posting about the breach on the dark web on Nov. 9, 2025, and threatening to publish the stolen data.

The breach was reported to the Vermont Attorney General on Aug. 14, 2026. The following types of information may have been exposed:
