What happened?
On July 25, 2025, Apex Class Action learned that data breach had occurred. The company’s address lookup vendor, IMDataCenter, suffered a massive cybersecurity incident, compromising Apex personal information belonging to individuals involved in class action and PAGA matters was accessed without authorization.
Apex Class Action LLC was first alerted to possible unauthorized access to IMDataCenter’s environment on July 14, 2025. An investigation determined that some individuals’ personal information had been compromised.
