What Happened?
On July 20, 2026, Angmar Management Services identified unusual activity on its network.
The company secured its systems and launched an investigation with the help of third-party forensic experts. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed or acquired certain information within Angmar’s computer environment on or around July 18, 2026.
The breach was later linked to the INTERLOCK ransomware group, which claimed to have obtained 710 GB of the organization’s data and posted about the incident on a dark web forum on Aug. 11, 2026.
Angmar completed a review to identify individuals whose data was impacted and began notifying affected people.

- Dates of birth
- Social Security numbers
- Patient IDs
- Medical record numbers
- Health insurance information
- Service dates
- Diagnosis/condition information
- Provider names
- Prescription information
- Medical history information
- Medical records
So far, the incident has impacted 35,916 Texas residents.
