What Happened?

On June 17, 2025, Altos discovered that one of its internal systems containing personal and health information was exposed to the internet. After confirming the exposure, Altos hired a cybersecurity firm to investigate. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized third party had accessed the system and may have removed data.

By July 21, 2025, Altos concluded that sensitive information belonging to individuals may have been exposed. The breach occurred on May 30 and May 31, 2025.
