The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party may have accessed and/or downloaded emails and attachments from the affected account. Alpine Agency conducted a thorough review to identify individuals whose personal information may have been compromised.

- Addresses
- Health insurance information
- Social Security numbers
The company reported the breach to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on July 13, 2026.
