What Happened?
On June 17, 2025, Alert Medical Alarms experienced a data breach.
The ransomware group known as Qilin claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that they accessed and obtained sensitive company data. The breach was later posted on the dark web on July 1, 2025, via the Tor network.

- Names
- Addresses
- Dates of birth
- Social Security numbers
- Diagnosis information
- Health insurance information
So far, the incident has affected 1,239 Texans. The total number of individuals affected is currently unknown.
