What Happened?
In February 2025, Alcott detected unusual activity on some of its systems.
The company implemented incident response protocols and engaged independent computer forensic experts to investigate. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized user gained access to certain systems where personal information was stored.
By March 2026, Alcott HR determined that specific personal data may have been accessed. Notably, Alcott HR's human capital management platform, iSolved, was not impacted.
