Between April 26, 2026, and April 28, 2026, an unauthorized party gained access to a limited subset of Women's Center for Radiology's computer network. During that window, certain files stored on the network were accessed or downloaded without authorization.

The company posted a notice of the data privacy event to its website on June 26, 2026. Women's Center for Radiology discovered the suspicious activity on April 29, 2026.

The total number of individuals affected has not been disclosed in the company's notice.

Women's Center for Radiology encouraged individuals to remain vigilant by reviewing account statements and credit reports. It also suggested that individuals consider placing a fraud alert on their credit report if they believe they may be a victim of identity theft.
