Waterford Hotel Group, along with the related entity LMD Holding Company LLC, posted a notice of the data event on its website to inform affected individuals.

On May 5, 2026, Waterford Hotel Group identified suspicious activity on certain computer systems. An investigation determined that an unknown actor gained access to those systems and was able to view or download certain data stored on them.
