River Financial Corporatipn and River Bank & Trust, a state-chartered community and commercial bank that is a wholly owned subsidiary of River Financial Corporation, disclosed a data breach to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 19, 2026.

Based on the company's public filing, River Financial Corp. and River Bank & Trust, or River, reported that on or about June 16, 2026, an unauthorized threat actor gained access to its network environment. The activity was identified on or about June 19, 2026, and was determined to be a result of ransomware.
