Medical Express PSI Data Breach: PHI and PII Exposed

Medical Express PSI, a healthcare supplier specializing in orthotics, prosthetics and durable medical equipment, reported a data breach that exposed sensitive personal and medical information belonging to consumers.

The breach was disclosed to the multiple state attorneys general offices, with at least 870 Texas residents, 267 Vermont residents and 24 Massachusetts residents reported as affected. The total number of individuals affected nationwide.
