The group claimed responsibility for the breach and posted about the hack on the Tor network on Feb. 27, 2026, claiming they obtained organizational data, which reportedly included both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).
The confirmed exposed data types, based on official reports, included names, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers (such as passports or state ID cards) and medical information.
The company notified affected individuals through U.S. Mail.
