Jeffrey David Reuben MD Data Breach Impacts 14k: SSNs Exposed

Jeffrey David Reuben MD, based at 5555 West Loop South, Suite 360, Bellaire, TX 77401, disclosed a data breach in July 2026 that affected 14,172 Texas residents.

At this time, the details of the breach remain undisclosed. However, the breach exposed a wide range of sensitive consumer information, including both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).

The personally identifiable information exposed included names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government-issued ID numbers (such as passports and state ID cards) and financial information (such as account numbers and credit or debit card numbers).
