
On Oct. 17, 2025, Dublin Medical Center, a primary care medical practice based in Dublin, Georgia, detected suspicious activity on its computer network. An investigation with third-party cybersecurity experts revealed that an unauthorized third party had gained access to a portion of the network.
The breach was reported to the Vermont Attorney General’s office on Jan. 5, 2026. The company also published a public notice on its website to inform patients and the community.
