Azure Standard, formally known as Azure Farms Inc., disclosed a data breach involving customer payment information entered on its website.

The company is based in Dufur, Oregon, and delivers organic and natural products to families, manufacturers and retailers across all 50 states.

The breach was reported to the Vermont Attorney General and to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation starting on  on Sept. 21, 2026. The company also posted a notice of the incident on its website with additional details and resources for those affected.

The incident occurred on Aug. 15, 2026, but was not discovered until Aug. 23, 2026.

The breach affected payment data that customers provided when placing orders on azurestandard.com.

Depending on the payment method a customer used, the exposed information may have included credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and card security codes. For customers who paid with a bank account, the exposed data may have included bank account numbers and routing numbers. In all cases, the name and billing address entered with the payment information were also exposed.

According to the company's notification, the incident did not compromise any customer account passwords, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or health information.
