
Any-Time Home Care Inc., a New York-based home care agency that provides caregiver and nursing services across multiple regions of the state, experienced a data breach in March 2026 that affected 30,017 people in the United States.
Any-Time Home Care was the subject of a criminal cyberattack that resulted in the encryption of certain files stored on its information systems. The attack occurred on or about March 17, 2026.
After discovering the incident, Any-Time Home Care began an investigation with assistance from third-party experts to determine the scope of the attack and identify the individuals who may have been affected.
On or about April 13, 2026, the company determined that the threat actors may have accessed personal information contained in the affected files. The types of information exposed included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth and health records.
The breach was disclosed to the state attorneys general of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Indiana and Vermont on July 21, 2026. The company sent preliminary email notices to affected individuals on April 24, 2026, and mailed formal notification letters on July 21, 2026.
The company is offering affected individuals 24 months of free identity theft protection services through IDX.
Affected individuals can enroll by calling 1-844-834-1730 or by visiting the IDX enrollment page and entering the enrollment code included in their notification letter. IDX representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time. The deadline to enroll is Oct. 21, 2026.
