
Access Residential Management, a Florida-based residential property and community association management company, disclosed a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal information.
The breach was reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and the Vermont Attorney General on Oct. 5, 2026.
Access Residential Management experienced a data security event that may have compromised personal information in the company's possession. The notification to impacted individuals did not include specific details about how the breach occurred, when it took place or how it was discovered. As a result, the scope of the incident remains unknown.
The types of information confirmed to have been exposed included both personally identifiable information and protected health information such as Social Security numbers, financial account information and driver's license numbers and health information.
Access Residential Management is offering 24 months of free credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.
Affected individuals who received a notification letter can enroll by visiting the Cyberscout enrollment page and entering the unique code included in their letter. Enrollment must be completed within 90 days of the date on the notification letter.
The company has set up a dedicated call center for individuals with questions or who need assistance related to the breach. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time at 1-833-544-7547.
The company recommended that all affected individuals remain vigilant by reviewing their credit card account statements and credit reports for any unauthorized activity.
