Since founding our firm in 2015, we have recovered tens of millions of dollars for our clients. Our attorneys represent clients aggressively and push cases as quickly as possible to either a judgment on the merits or a fair settlement. Contingency arrangements Many entrepreneurs, individuals, and employees need a law firm that allows them to pursue complex cases through trial, without paying legal fees up front. The traditional hourly model often requires clients to shoulder the burden of hefty hourly attorney billings—which may accumulate over years—regardless of the eventual case outcome. While this traditional hourly model often works for large companies and can be the appropriate arrangement for our clients in certain cases, it may not be the best fit for all clients or all disputes. Our fee structure, and especially our willingness to pursue select cases on full or partial contingency, gives clients the opportunity to balance the playing field against large corporations and private equity firms represented by top global law firms. While our model tends to be attractive to entrepreneurs, individuals, and employees, our clients come from all walks of life. We also represent large companies and high net worth individuals that prefer our collaborative model and openness to results-based fee structures.
