In thier own words

Raphael Janove founded Janove PLLC to continue his dedication to serving the public and advocating for the rights of consumers, workers, and small businesses. Janove PLLC applies industry-leading technology to represent large numbers of individuals through class actions and mass arbitrations. Our representations span consumer protection and false advertising, data privacy and data tracking, Lanham Act and unfair competition, worker wages, human trafficking, and forced labor. Our disciplined approach to the law is defined by rigorous case selection and thorough client vetting. In our class action practice, we require that any class representative holds the interests of the class above their own. In our mass arbitration practice, we select only highly meritorious cases and represent only those individuals with valid claims. With this disciplined approach, not only do we vindicate our clients’ rights, we also serve the public and the plaintiff’s side of the bar. We are based in Manhattan and licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. We are admitted in federal district and appellate courts across the country and pursue legal actions nationwide, often co-counseling with other law firms to provide the best representation to our clients.
