What happened?

On May 30, 2025, zizzl discovered suspicious activity involving an employee’s email account. An investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed the employee’s email between May 29 and May 30, 2025, after the employee received a phishing email.

A review took place and on July 22, 2025, the company determined that certain information belonging to individuals associated with their ICHRA services may have been exposed. Zizzl health is notifying impacted individuals by mail.
