What Happened?
On or around Dec. 7, 2025, WIRX Pharmacy discovered suspicious activity in its network environment. The company secured its systems and launched an investigation to determine the scope of the incident.
It was found that unauthorized access or acquisition of data occurred between Dec. 6 and Dec. 7, 2025. After a comprehensive review, WIRX Pharmacy determined on Jan. 23, 2026, that certain individuals’ personal or protected health information was present in the affected files.
The breach was reported to the Massachusetts OCABR on Feb. 12, 2026. In Massachusetts alone, eight people were reported as affected. Additionally, the company posted a notice of the incident on its website.

- Clinical information (diagnoses/conditions, medications and other treatment information)
- Demographic information (Social Security numbers, addresses, dates of birth and other identifiers)
