What Happened?

On March 23, 2026, Rich Products was notified by its vendor, First Advantage Corp., about a data security incident.

The incident began with a phishing attack on or about Nov. 13, 2025, which allowed an unauthorized third party to access and download the contents of a First Advantage employee’s email account. This mailbox contained personal information related to individuals associated with Rich Products Corp.

The company reported the breach to the New Hampshire Attorney General on April 22, 2026. At this time, at least two New Hampshire residents were identified as affected.

The breach specifically involved information maintained by First Advantage on behalf of Rich Products Corp. Besides the compromised employee email account, no other systems were impacted.

Information Exposed:

  • First and last names
  • Driver’s license numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth
