What Happened?
On Dec. 24, 2025, QualDerm Partners detected unauthorized activity on certain systems within its network. The company quickly launched an investigation with the help of a third-party cybersecurity firm. The investigation determined that between Dec. 23 and Dec. 24, 2025, an unauthorized actor gained access to a limited number of systems and removed certain information.
The breach affected approximately 3,117,874 people in the United States, including 174,837 in Texas. QualDerm Partners began notifying affected individuals on Feb. 22, 2026, using U.S. mail, email, publication in print media and a notice posted on their website.
