What Happened?
On March 13, 2026, Pivot Health discovered suspicious activity within its Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment.
A third-party forensic investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed their AWS environment at various times between Feb. 26 and March 13, 2026. During this period, certain sensitive data was viewed or copied by the unknown party.
Pivot Health conducted a comprehensive review to determine which information was at risk and notified affected individuals by mail and through a notice posted on their website.

- Names
- Dates of birth
- Health insurance information
- Health insurance billing and payment information
- Identification numbers (including member, person, certificate, and coverage identification numbers)
- Dates of coverage
- Financial account information
The company reported the breach to the Texas Attorney General, as well as posted a notice of the incident on its website.
At this time, 1,172 people in Texas were affected.
