What Happened?
On June 22, 2026, Life Bridges discovered unauthorized activity within its systems.
The organization began an investigation, took affected systems offline, reset passwords, notified law enforcement and engaged cybersecurity professionals. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed Life Bridges’s systems from June 17, 2026, through June 22, 2026, and copied certain data.
Shortly after, a ransomware group known as INC RANSOM claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about the breach on the dark web on June 25, 2026.
