What Happened?
DSA discovered a data security incident involving unauthorized access to its network on or about Sept. 11, 2025.
The company took steps to secure its systems and engaged third-party forensic experts to investigate the incident. The investigation determined that personal information stored in network locations was accessed without authorization.
The breach was reported to the attorneys general of Maine, Massachusetts, and Texas. Notices were mailed to affected individuals on Feb. 6, 2026.
A total of 3,239 people in the United States were impacted, including 392 in Texas, 12 in Massachusetts, and three in Maine.
Information Exposed:
- Names
- Social Security numbers
- Dates of birth
- Financial information (such as account numbers and credit or debit card numbers)
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
