Zizzl LLC Data Breach Exposed Social Security Numbers

Zizzl LLC, an insurance services company operating under the Zizzl Health brand, disclosed a data breach affecting consumers' personal information.

On Oct. 13, 2026, the breach was reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation.

At this time, the company did not disclose how the breach occurred, the timeline of the incident or what systems were affected.

The type of personal information exposed in the breach included Social Security numbers.

Zizzl's response to the breach

Zizzl is offering affected consumers complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services through Kroll.

To activate the monitoring services, affected individuals should visit Kroll's enrollment portal and enter the unique membership number provided in their notification letter. Each person must complete the enrollment process individually. The deadline to activate these services is specified in each person's individual notification letter.

Zizzl established a dedicated toll-free phone line at 844-301-0403 for individuals who have questions about the breach or need additional help. The phone line is available from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
