ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, an Ohio-based behavioral and mental health provider, disclosed a data breach affecting at least 6,420 individuals in the United States. The company is part of the ViaQuest family of companies and provides community-based, person-centered services for people with psychiatric and behavioral needs.
